For over one year I worked closely with executive producer Scott Gabrielson to create a film tracing the history of the largest abandoned school in New England, located in our hometown of Woonsocket, RI. We were granted exclusive access into the building, and gathered numerous interviews with former students, teachers, and city officials. We completed the project in September 2013 after a successful Kickstarter campaign (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/myoldschool/my-old-school-woonsocket-high-school-documentary" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">check out the Kickstarter HERE). For my work, I was interviewed by GoLocalProv, READ HERE
My Old School premiered October 5th 2013 to a crowd of over 400! Reviews of the film have been overwhelmingly positive, and we are so happy to be able to give this film back to the community. This was Uncommon Sense Production's first feature length documentary - we're already brainstorming ideas for the next one. For now, check out the film's official website for merchandise and and in depth look at the project we invested thousands of hours into.
